Returns

We want to ensure you are happy with your Frankd purchase so please get in touch if something is wrong via our email info@frankdmtbapparel.com. This is the first step to start your return, we will give you detailed instructions by reply email and can answer any questions. 

Our returns policy lasts 60 days. Within these 60 days we offer a full refund or can exchange items if the sizing or colour is incorrect. This only applies to defect free items, if there is a manufacturing defect please get in touch so we can sort it out for you as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Please include your details and order number so that we can sort it out as soon as possible. Be sure to include details to let us know if it is an exchange or return. 

Return shipping for defect free items is at the buyers expense. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs involved in sending the new item to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or exchange. Once approved, your refund will be processed it shouldn't take too long for you to receive it, the time it takes depends on your method of payment.

Unfortunately sale items are sometimes unable to be refunded. Please contact us if this is the case and we will do our best to sort it out for you with a refund or exchange.
